Benjamin Sephton-Smith

The main focus for Benjamin Sephton-Smith's practice is the form/state and representation of iconic images, the inconstant states of visual language are the main concerns of his work. In considering many different facets of universal appraisal his intention is always to promote development rather than showing an absolute.

"I feel a piece can be intended as a particular entity, alive in respect of accumulation of self and environment, yet the static nature of pictorial and representational qualities can change depending on it’s imposed context through the viewer and the environment".
